New convection wall oven
Dacor's latest and greates appliances uses their Discovery Controller to setting
time, temperature and cooking modes. The Millennia has a large window that allows you to peer in
and see your favorite foods cook. The capacity for this appliance is fairly large at 4.2 cu.ft. for the 30" model and
3.7 cu.ft. for the 27" model. The unit can store up to 100 recipe settings for convenience and quality
cooking every time. This convection oven allows for closed door broiling with the heating elements hidden
under glassl.
Small stainless gas unit
The epicure comes in sizes 30", 36", 48" and 60". The convection allows for cooking several foods
at one time without transferring tastes. The unit comes with Dacor's Perma-Flame instant reignition technology.
The oven on this 30" model is 3.9 cu.ft. and offers closed door broiling. The stainless steel models offer a selection
of metal colors for trim.
Ceramic glass cooktop
For an elegant kitchen try a Dacor smooth top range. It has ribbon heating elements that have a three second
response time that makes managing your cooking tasks much easier. A safety heat limitation for each of the heating
elements keeps the surface of the range and cookware from being damaged. It comes in 4 colors and sizes of 30" and 36".
